REFUND POLICY
Because every Jeffers Woodshop table is custom-built to order, our policies are a little different than traditional retail.
Our goal is simple: if something isn’t right, we make it right.
Our Commitment to You
If your table is not built to the specifications you ordered, or if there is a structural issue, we will repair or replace it.
If your furniture arrives damaged in transit and the damage is properly noted upon delivery, we will take care of it and make it right.
Custom Orders & Returns
All of our tables are built specifically for each customer.
Because of the custom nature of our work, we do not offer returns or refunds for:
• Change of mind
• Preference changes
• Natural variations in wood, grain, or finish
These characteristics are part of what makes each piece unique and are outlined in our Craftsmanship page.
Why We Don’t Offer Returns
Each table is:
• Built to your specifications
• Made from solid hardwood
• Crafted specifically for your home
Unlike mass-produced furniture, custom pieces cannot be restocked or resold.
